I’m a therapist who gets curious about the whole person! In a real relationship, a person can experience exponential healing that has an impact on generations to come. The more we courageously dive into our inner worlds and nurture self-compassion, the richer and more joyful our relationships with our friends, family and children become.

With dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and as a Special Services Provider with the Colorado Department of Education, I understand the clinical and educational needs of children of all ages.  I'm specially trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child Centered Play Therapy, and Filial Family Therapy.

I aim to live an authentic life of integrity, creativity, and balance.  I can often be found practicing yoga, reading, hiking, or staring out the window with my cat in my lap.
